Shipping policy

At The Form Edit, every order is carefully packed and sent from New Zealand.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our website. 

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During launch periods, new collection releases, promotions or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, courier service, rural delivery, public holidays and any courier delays outside our control.

Rural delivery

Rural delivery may take longer than standard delivery timeframes.

Please allow extra time if your delivery address is rural or remote.

International shipping

International shipping may be added as The Form Edit grows.

If international shipping is available at checkout, shipping costs, estimated delivery timeframes and available delivery options will be shown before you complete your order.

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges that apply in their country.

Delivery addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.

The Form Edit is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.

We will do our best to update your order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or sent.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Delivery delays

We do our best to provide accurate shipping information, but delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, high-volume periods or other events outside our control.

If there are known delays that may affect your order, we will do our best to communicate this where possible.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and any relevant details or photos.

If an item is lost, damaged, incorrect or does not arrive in good condition, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Authority to leave

If you request authority to leave, or provide delivery instructions allowing a parcel to be left unattended, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered according to those instructions.

Returned to sender

If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, non-collection or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange the next step.

Additional shipping costs may apply to resend the parcel.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.
