Our products
The Form Edit offers women’s luxury motionwear, activewear, apparel and related products.
We do our best to ensure our product descriptions, images, colours, sizing, fabric details and pricing are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and display.
All product information is provided as accurately as possible at the time it is published.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or amend an order if:
- an item is unavailable
- there has been a pricing or product information error
- payment has not been completed
- we suspect fraud or misuse
- delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
- we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will provide a refund for the cancelled item or order.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Availability
Products may be released in limited quantities and are subject to availability.
We may update, change, remove or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that item. Stock is only confirmed once your order has been placed and accepted.
Shipping
Shipping costs, delivery options and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout or outlined in our Shipping & Returns information.
Orders are processed within our stated dispatch timeframe. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
If we arrange delivery, New Zealand consumer guidance says products should arrive on time and in good condition, and online customers have the same consumer rights as they do in store.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, items must meet the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
New Zealand consumer guidance explains that customers are not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange simply because they change their mind, unless the store’s returns policy allows it.

Promotions and discount codes
