Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping costs and delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. The Form Edit is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or courier delays outside of our control.

Returns

We want you to love your pieces. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
In original condition
With all tags and packaging attached

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, marked, damaged or returned without original tags.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the item and arrange a suitable solution where required.
